University of KwaZulu-Natal 

The University of KwaZulu-Natal (UKZN) is a university with five campuses in the province of KwaZulu-Natal in South Africa. It was formed on 1 January 2004 after the merger between the University of Natal and the University of Durban-Westville. Students have raised teams to participate in racing solar cars in the World Solar challenge in Australia. The World Solar Airship Race is an opportunity for students to explore more of the future of transport and travel. 

University of the Witwatersrand

The University of the Witwatersrand, Johannesburg (/vətˈvɑːtəsrənt/), is a multi-campus South African public research university situated in the northern areas of central Johannesburg. It is more commonly known as Wits University or Wits (/vəts/ or /vɪts/). The university has its roots in the mining industry, as do Johannesburg and the Witwatersrand in general. Founded in 1896 as the South African School of Mines in Kimberly, it is the third oldest South African university in continuous operation.
